However if you want your natural aromatherapy session to last longer, we recommend the following recipe. You can substitute for your favorite fragrance oil, but we chose coconut for this example. You'll need the following:
 
- 2 cups Epsom salts
- ½ tablespoon coconut fragrance oil
- 4 drops liquid dye in any calming color (optional)
 
To make your aromatherapy bath, simply mix the salts with the fragrance oil, and pour into your bath water. The Epsom salts also help to detoxify your body and make your skin extra smooth. The dye can be used to add a calming effect to your water. Colors such as blue or purple would be ideal.

- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ teaspoon milk

This skin care regimen can be used as frequently as every day since it's gentle enough, however it only needs to be used once or twice a week because of it's effectiveness. - 2 tbsp Beeswax
- 2 tbsp Almond oil
- ½ tsp Lemon juice
- 4 tbsp Apricot extract
 
To create this effective homemade anti aging treatment, simply start with the melting the almond oil in a saucepan over low heat. You can then mix the apricot extract and lemon juice. Keep the mixture in your fridge for an hour or two. Once chilled, massage on your face and neck in a circular motion with fingertips.
